French Language Expert

Position: French Language Expert (Voice process)
Location: Pan India (Work from Home)Shift: Majorly Night shift (24/7 Rotational)Work Days: 5 per week with 2 rotational offs

• Eligibility Criteria:

1. Proficiency in French: B2 or above (B1 considered with relevant experience)
2. Minimum educational qualification: HSC or higher
3. Age: Up to 45 years
4. Must have a professional work-from-home setup (quiet space, stable internet, power backup)
5. Comfortable with video calls.
6. Native French speakers must possess an OCI card and Aadhaar card.
7. Candidates will be required to undergo a drug test.

• Compensation: Competitive salary up to 10 LPA.
  
• Selection Process: The selection will involve a few simple rounds of interviews, and our team will be available to guide and assist candidates throughout the process. The company will provide the necessary system to the selected candidates for the role.
  
• Job Responsibilities French Language Interpreter (LLS Process)

1. Facilitate accurate and clear interpretation between two parties during live calls.
2. Interpret conversations across various domains including medical, insurance, banking, legal, and emergency (911) services.
3. Ensure confidentiality and maintain professionalism during all interactions.
4. Accurately convey the meaning, tone, and context of both parties without adding, omitting, or altering information.
5. Follow client-specific protocols and adhere to industry standards of interpretation.
6. Handle calls efficiently, ensuring minimal wait time and smooth communication flow.
7. Maintain records of completed sessions as per company guidelines.
8. Continuously enhance language proficiency and cultural understanding relevant to assigned languages.
