Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Freelance Recruiter located in Pune. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers, managing job postings, conducting reference checks, and coordinating interviews. The role also involves maintaining a candidate database and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and database management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
