Role Description This is a remote job as a Freelance Recruiter, you can work from the comfort of your home. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates for job opportunity, review applications, pre-screen for profile match with the job requirements and coordinate with Customer success managers (CSM) at ReqOpen. Day-to-day tasks include leveraging outreach tools like linkedin, email, phone to identify talent through various channels, and ensuring a seamless selection and hiring process. Qualifications Passionate folks who can work hard, find & onboard the right talent for our valuable clients. Proficiency in talent sourcing and candidate screening processes is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Payments This is a freelance recruiter role, so you will paid on successful onboarding of candidate. For every successful placement, earn 2% of CTC upto 50,000/- per role closure. We have 150+ freelancers already associated with us, and able to close 2-3 roles per month. The earning potential is anywhere between 50k to 2L per month. Sky is the limit.
