Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Client Acquisition Intern. The Client Acquisition Intern will be responsible for assisting in identifying and acquiring new clients, conducting market research, maintaining customer databases, and helping with lead generation activities. Interns may also support customer satisfaction efforts and ensure an optimal customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Effective Communication skills for understanding client needs and conveying information clearly
  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to schedule qualified appointments.
  • Engage with decision-makers (Marketing Managers, Demand Gen Leads, Directors, etc.) on behalf of our clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
  • Research and identify target accounts for ongoing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the campaign and quality teams to ensure appointment quality and campaign success.
  • Report daily/weekly performance and insights to the project manager.
