Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Client Acquisition Intern position based in Lucknow. The Client Acquisition Intern will assist with identifying potential clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the acquisition process. Key responsibilities include researching market trends, generating leads, communicating effectively with potential clients, and working closely with the team to achieve acquisition targets. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate reports and analysis to support strategic client acquisition efforts.

• Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction, addressing Customer Service needs, and enhancing Customer Experience
• Ability to research and analyze market trends and contribute to client acquisition strategies
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capability to maintain clear and comprehensive reports
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
