Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Client Acquisition Intern role based in Pune. The Client Acquisition Intern will assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and delivering excellent client service. Responsibilities include researching market opportunities, conducting outreach, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting the development of strategies to enhance customer acquisition and experience. The role offers hands-on experience in business development and provides a platform to develop communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Experience or ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and handle Customer Service inquiries
• Focus on improving Customer Experience by building long-lasting relationships
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
