Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent, Flexing It has partnered with Our client is a prominent Indian-based automotive company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and quadricycles, and they are looking for Power BI Expert, Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with HR and analytics teams to understand data needs and enhance existing Power BI dashboards, Optimize and maintain dashboards for HR analytics, including attrition reports, headcount analysis, DEI metrics, and more, Use Power Automate to streamline data workflows, alerts, and report distribution, Assist in implementing scalable reporting solutions that align with the companys AI and automation roadmap, Push finalized reports and dashboards to stakeholders, ensuring appropriate access and version control, Provide insights and best practices for data visualization, performance tuning, and report optimization, Skills Required At least 10+ years of proven experience as a Power BI Consultant Proficient with Power Automate for creating automated workflows and report delivery Experience working with HR data and understanding common metrics such as attrition, engagement, diversity and performance Ability to work with existing reports and transform them into more insightful, actionable tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience supporting AI-driven reporting initiatives,
