About Us:

We are a Virtual Professional Services company offering remote business support including Virtual Assistants, Administrative Support, Customer Service, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Recruitment support, Social Media Management, and other virtual business solutions to clients across the globe. We are expanding our outreach and seeking a skilled Freelance Lead Generator to help us identify, qualify, and convert potential business leads.

Role Overview:

The Freelance Lead Generator will be responsible for researching, identifying, and engaging with potential clients who may benefit from virtual assistant or remote staffing services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B lead generation, especially in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and UAE markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers through platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Google, and industry directories.
  • Build targeted lead lists based on ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Generate qualified leads for Virtual Assistant and remote staffing services.
  • Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold DMs, and other outreach channels.
  • Set up appointments, discovery calls, or demo sessions for the Business Development team.
  • Track leads, responses, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Maintain weekly reporting of lead generation activities and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation (1–5+ years preferred).
  • Prior experience working with Virtual Assistant, staffing, outsourcing, or professional services industry is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with lead research tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Strong written communication and outreach messaging skills.
  • Understanding of global markets (especially US/UK/AUS) and business etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Instantly, Lemlist, Klaviyo).
  • Ability to create basic outreach scripts, templates, and sequences.

  • Freelance / Remote Role
  • Flexible working hours
  • Compensation: Performance-based + Fixed monthly retainer (negotiable)
  • Incentives/commissions for every converted lead
