About the Role

HRMS Functional Tester

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform

    end-to-end functional testing

    of HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Recruitment, etc.)
  • Validate business requirements, create test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
  • Conduct

    regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Ensure HRMS features comply with

    statutory and regulatory requirements

    (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.)
  • Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teams for resolution
  • Review HR process flows and ensure system alignment with business rules
  • Provide support during implementation, configuration validation, and production rollout
  • Prepare testing reports, logs, and documentation for stakeholders

🧩 Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong functional understanding of

    HR processes

    and workflows
  • Deep knowledge of

    Indian statutory compliance

    and payroll regulations
  • Proven experience in

    HRMS / HCM application testing

  • Ability to write high-quality test cases and scenarios
  • Familiarity with HRMS modules such as Payroll, Attendance, Onboarding, Employee Self-Service, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills

  • Experience with HRMS implementation projects
