The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in HR processes, statutory compliance , and hands-on experience in validating HR system functionalities from requirement analysis to final rollout. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end functional testing of HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Recruitment, etc.) Validate business requirements, create test plans, test scenarios, and test cases Conduct regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Ensure HRMS features comply with statutory and regulatory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.) Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teams for resolution Review HR process flows and ensure system alignment with business rules Provide support during implementation, configuration validation, and production rollout Prepare testing reports, logs, and documentation for stakeholders 🧩 Required Skills & Experience Strong functional understanding of HR processes and workflows Deep knowledge of Indian statutory compliance and payroll regulations Proven experience in HRMS / HCM application testing Ability to write high-quality test cases and scenarios Familiarity with HRMS modules such as Payroll, Attendance, Onboarding, Employee Self-Service, etc. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills ⭐ Good to Have Experience with HRMS implementation projects
