Our client, a leading luggage manufacturer is looking to engage with a Consultant. With over 45 countries, client company stands for design innovation, performance excellence, and enduring customer trust. As they continue their journey of digital transformation, brand revitalization, and global expansion, they are looking for a high-caliber professional to work directly with the MD in shaping and executing high-impact strategic initiatives. Role Overview: This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving complex business problems. As a part of the MD’s Office, you will act as a strategic enabler, thought partner, and execution driver, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to unlock growth opportunities and drive operational excellence. Key responsibilities: Drive and track cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Category teams Lead KPI tracking, performance reporting, and prepare input for management reviews Synthesize internal and external data into actionable insights to guide strategic pivots Align internal stakeholders on key milestones and ensure timely execution of action items Ensure seamless follow-through on action items from board and management meetings Qualifications & Skills 3–6 years’ experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or in a founder’s/CEO’s office Background in consumer goods, retail, or D2C is preferred Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools High ownership mindset and bias for execution Structured problem-solving ability and data fluency Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement Passion for consumer brands and market trends Influence strategy at one of India’s most iconic consumer brands Work directly with top leadership on cross-functional and high-priority projects Get unparalleled exposure to business strategy, execution, and leadership decision-making Show more Show less
