Job Summary:

Franchise Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate franchise leads through multiple channels – online, referrals, roadshows, expos, and direct outreach
  • Pitch the franchise opportunity to prospective investors and partners
  • Conduct market research and territory mapping for new franchise development
  • Drive the complete sales cycle from initial contact to agreement signing
  • Coordinate with legal, operations, and accounts teams for smooth onboarding
  • Maintain and update lead funnel, reporting metrics, and pipeline progress
  • Represent the brand at events, expos, and investor meetings
  • Ensure franchise partners are aligned with brand values and operational requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in franchise or business development, preferably in QSR or retail
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of franchise models (FOFO, FICO, COCO)
  • Willingness to travel frequently
