Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Franchise Development Manager to drive our brands expansion across key markets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, pitching, closing, and onboarding new franchise partners while ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate franchise leads through multiple channels – online, referrals, roadshows, expos, and direct outreach Pitch the franchise opportunity to prospective investors and partners Conduct market research and territory mapping for new franchise development Drive the complete sales cycle from initial contact to agreement signing Coordinate with legal, operations, and accounts teams for smooth onboarding Maintain and update lead funnel, reporting metrics, and pipeline progress Represent the brand at events, expos, and investor meetings Ensure franchise partners are aligned with brand values and operational requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field 3–6 years of experience in franchise or business development, preferably in QSR or retail Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of franchise models (FOFO, FICO, COCO) Willingness to travel frequently
