With a growing presence across India, we are expanding our franchise network and looking for a Franchise Sales Manager to lead this growth journey.

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Franchise Sales Manager to drive the acquisition of new franchise partners across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchisees, conducting business presentations, closing franchise deals, and ensuring successful onboarding.This is a high-impact sales role that requires strong communication, business development, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:Franchise Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate leads for potential franchise partners through online/offline channels
  • Pitch the SkillCircle franchise model to interested prospects
  • Conduct business presentations and discovery calls to assess mutual fit
  • Close franchise agreements and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

Client Relationship & Onboarding

  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and new franchise partners
  • Guide them through the legal and operational setup process
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer regarding brand, operations, and systems

Sales Strategy & Reporting

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies
  • Track sales pipeline, forecast growth, and submit regular performance reports
  • Collaborate with leadership on expansion planning and territory mapping

Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify ideal locations for franchise expansion
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and franchise regulations
  • Provide feedback to marketing teams for targeted campaigns and lead generation

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in franchise sales/business development
  • Proven track record of closing franchise/partnership deals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English & Hindi
  • Ability to work independently and drive aggressive growth targets
  • Knowledge of the EdTech or education sector is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings and events as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
