Franchise Sales Manager

You will be joining Taskar, India's 1st healthcare mall, a fast-growing healthcare company with offices in New Delhi & Lucknow. As a Franchise Sales Manager, your primary role will be to manage and expand Taskar's franchise network while developing business plans and enhancing franchising processes. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the management team to drive sales, ensure franchisee success, and play a vital role in expanding Taskar's footprint with franchises across various locations like Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Kanpur, Dehradun, Patna, Gwalior, Indore, Jabalpur, and Raipur. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Franchise Sales and Business planning with a proven track record of generating leads within the business industry. Effective communication, negotiation, and selling skills are essential for this position. Additionally, familiarity with the franchising legal framework and experience working with business owners will be advantageous. A Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, and a background in the franchise sales industry is mandatory. Candidates with additional qualifications such as experience in the Healthcare industry, Franchise sales, Business Development, or Channel management, as well as a Bachelor's or Master's degree, will be preferred. Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages will be beneficial for effective communication. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in franchise sales and should possess strong negotiation skills. The salary range for this position is between 20K-50K with substantial incentives.
