About the Role :-

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Franchise Sales Manager to drive franchise expansion in the assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in franchise development, territory expansion, and revenue generation. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong business acumen, field sales experience, and the ability to identify and onboard new franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities :-

Territory Expansion

  • Responsible for expanding franchises in the assigned territory as per the regional goals.
  • Identify, validate, and finalize potential locations for new franchise signups.

Franchise Acquisition

  • Sign up new franchise partners at approved locations.
  • Generate prospects through on-ground field activities, networking, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Conduct business presentations, meetings, and discussions to onboard new franchise partners.

Revenue & Business Development

  • Drive revenue through franchise fee collection from newly signed partners.
  • Evaluate the potential of business partners to ensure successful expansion.
  • Support in achieving business targets and growth objectives.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Provide insights related to market changes, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Share feedback with management to refine sales strategies and expansion plans.

Process Adherence & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports as per function guidelines.
  • Regularly update management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications :-

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Proven expertise in franchise acquisition, expansion, and revenue generation.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role.
  • Strong understanding of franchise models and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories for business expansion.
