Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, developing business plans for franchises, and managing all aspects of the franchising process. Daily tasks will include meeting potential franchisees, negotiating franchise agreements, and maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Skills in Franchise Sales and Franchising
• Experience in Business Planning and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
