Franchise Onboarding Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and people-oriented Franchise Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is key to supporting prospective franchisees through every step of the discovery and onboarding journeyfrom initial interest to signed agreement. You will serve as a knowledgeable guide, brand ambassador, and operational coordinator for new candidates exploring franchise ownership with Best Brains.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound franchise inquiries, providing timely, professional, and informative responses.
• Conduct introductory discovery calls or meetings with prospective franchisees to assess fit, explain the franchise model, and articulate the Best Brains mission, values, and value proposition.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with candidates by guiding them through each step of the recruitment process.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to agreement signing.
• Manage the flow of paperwork including applications, Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD), and other compliance materials.
• Maintain accurate records of each candidates status and interactions using CRM tools or other tracking systems.
• Collaborate with the Franchise Development Team to improve materials, streamline processes, and support recruitment campaigns.
• Act as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic spokesperson for the Best Brains brand during calls, meetings, and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure new franchisees transition smoothly into the training and launch phase.
