Job Summary

The Franchise Development Manager is responsible for driving the strategic growth of the brand by identifying, developing, and managing franchise opportunities. This role involves overseeing the entire franchise lifecycle—from prospecting and onboarding to ongoing support and expansion—ensuring franchisees are set up for success and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute franchise development plans to achieve regional and national expansion targets.
• Identify and evaluate new markets, territories, and potential franchise partners.
• Lead the franchise sales process, including lead generation, qualification, presentations, and negotiations.
• Oversee franchisee onboarding, training, and support to ensure smooth launch and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to deliver a seamless franchise experience.
• Monitor franchisee performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management on franchise pipeline, conversions, and growth metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in franchise development, business expansion, or sales (F&B/QSR sector preferred).
• Proven track record in franchise recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of franchise agreements, operations, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
