Sales Strategy
- To use developing and implementing strategies to generate revenue. To focused on identifying, counselling, and converting leads into clients, ultimately driving revenue growth. To gathering and analyzing information about a market, including its customers, competitors, other brands and overall industrial businesses, to make strategic decisions and discuss with the team and authorities for better business development. Some market strategies or ideas have to develop in organization, promoting the products and advertisements.Finance Management
- He is responsible for individual sales ratio analysis after every month and generated sales for company individually and improve sales skills accordingly. He must do financial management involves understanding how financial decisions impact business growth, revenue and profitability With using strategically financial resources to support business development activities, assess potential leads. - BDM must analyze daily, weekly, monthly performance tracking on individual level. Tracking and analyzing key responsible area (KRA) and key performance indicators (KPI) related to sales, revenue, and customer acquisition, their business mindset, strategically plans, innovative tasks,(Hot,Medium,Cold)etc. leads sorting as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Must create reports that outline the progress of their initiatives, highlight areas of success and potential challenges, and contribute to strategic decision-making for future growth of company.
