Franchise Development Executive

As a Franchise Development Executive , your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to generate leads and interest in The Studs Sports Bar & Grill franchise. Your duties will include:

1. Lead Generation: Making outbound calls to targeted lists of potential franchisee candidates.Engaging with prospects, introducing our franchise opportunity, and explaining its benefits.
Identifying and qualifying potential leads.2. Information Dissemination: Providing prospects with initial information about The Studs Sports Bar & Grill franchise, including our brand, support, and investment details.Answering basic inquiries and addressing initial concerns.3. Lead Follow-Up: Recording and maintaining accurate lead information in our database.Effectively following up with leads to gauge interest levels.Coordinating with the franchise development team for lead handover.4. Performance Metrics: Meeting weekly and monthly call targets.Keeping records of call outcomes and lead progression.Contributing to the growth of our franchisee pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound call center roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet targets.
• Ability to effectively engage with leads and build initial rapport.
• Basic understanding of franchise concepts (a plus).

Salary and Benefits:

• Base salary in the range of INR 35,000 to INR 40,000 per month.
