Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Development Associate to join our team at Franchise Brigade. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in the Advertising & Marketing industry, with a strong background in franchise development.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective franchise strategies to drive business growth.
Identify and pursue new franchise opportunities to expand the company's presence.
Build and maintain relationships with potential franchisees and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform franchise development decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in franchise development or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong understanding of the Advertising & Marketing industry, including current trends and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software applications.
