Job Description

🚀 We're Hiring: Founding Tech Lead / Architect (AI + Full Stack, Node.js, TypeScript)

📍 Location: On-site — Chandigarh/Mohali, India

📌 Type: Full-time | Leadership Role


Join us to build the next-gen ad-creative automation & campaign intelligence platform — where AI meets performance marketing at scale. We generate 100s of creatives, bulk-launch across Meta/Google, pull performance data from RedTrack/aff networks, and auto-iterate based on what’s working.


What You'll Build:-


  • End-to-end backend architecture (Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Postgres, Redis)
  • AI-powered workflows using LLMs, LangChain, RAG, vector DBs (pgvector, Pinecone)
  • Creative pipelines (TTS, FFmpeg, Remotion) and media orchestration
  • Bulk campaign workflows (Meta/Google APIs) + cost caps, retries, etc.
  • KPI ingestion + reporting across RedTrack, affiliate networks
  • Robust security, OAuth2, RBAC, audit logs, and guardrails
  • Clean data models to rank hooks/ads by ROAS, CVR, etc.


What You’ll Own:-


  • Tech strategy & system design from scratch
  • Durable workflows (Temporal/BullMQ) for long-running jobs
  • Seamless integrations with APIs, analytics, TTS/image/video vendors
  • CI/CD, observability (Sentry, metrics), infra (AWS/S3/CloudFront)
  • Set code standards, mentor 3–4 engineers, drive high-quality shipping


✅ You Should Have


  • 5+ yrs backend (Node.js + TS), strong in Postgres/SQL, Redis
  • Workflow tools: Temporal, BullMQ, n8n, Airflow, etc.
  • Hands-on with APIs (Meta/Google Ads, OAuth, retries, idempotency)
  • AI/ML exposure: LangChain, embeddings, vector DBs (Weaviate, pgvector, etc.)
  • Bonus: RedTrack, FFmpeg, Docker, GitHub Actions, Remotion


In First 90 Days:-


  • v1 shipped: Generate creatives → Upload to Meta → Ingest KPIs → Auto-iterate
  • Working campaign flows, job orchestration, live dashboards
  • Clear path to becoming Head of Engineering
