We’re building the world’s first AI-powered Travel Operating System - a connected workspace where travel advisors manage clients, craft proposals, create itineraries, automate email marketing, process payments, and connect to supplier APIs. All in one place.

We are working with two of the largest host agencies in the United States ($2B per annum in Bookings, 20,000 travel advisors) as design partners, and have secured $1M in ARR before our public launch.

Our team includes engineers and product managers from leading companies like Uber and Gojek, and graduates from top institutions such as the IITs and IIMs. We’re also the creators of MAGgie™, the first generative AI assistant for travel advisors - now evolving into a complete AI-powered Travel Operating System.

The Role

As a Founding Full Stack Engineer (MERN), you’ll own end-to-end delivery of major features across frontend and backend.

You’ll work alongside our CTO (ex-Gojek, Sharechat) and product leads (ex-Uber, IIT/IIM) to ship a scalable, secure, and fast Travel OS.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain core product modules using React, Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Express, and MongoDB

2. Collaborate with Product & Design on architecture, data models, and APIs

3. Integrate AI-powered features (e.g., recommendations, chat, automations)

4. Write clean, tested, reusable code and conduct peer reviews

5. Optimize performance, security, and scalability for a global user base

6. Deploy and monitor systems on AWS / GCP / Vercel

7. Contribute to product decisions - you’ll be a co-builder, not just an implementer

Who You Are:

1. 3–6 years of hands-on experience building modern cloud-based Saas solutions

2. Strong background in building AI-first web applications, with hands-on experience integrating LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)

3. Experience with serverless architectures and working knowledge of vector DBs and RAG.

4. A solid understanding of scalable architectures and performance optimization.

5. Previous experience working with GenAI and founding a company is highly appreciated
