Job Description

As a Founding Engineer, you will:

  • Architect and scale state-of-the-art GenAI systems that process messy, high-volume real-world data.
  • Build reasoning agents that automate complex diagnosis, generate intelligent alerts, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Own problems end-to-end: from fundamental research and modelling to infrastructure, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Ship fast with a small, senior team that values rigor, curiosity, and tangible outcomes.

We're Looking For Exceptional Engineers (Systems/ML/Infra) Who

  • Thrive on turning ambiguous, complex problems into robust, working systems.
  • Are comfortable with scale, obsessed with reliability, and eager to push the boundaries of what GenAI can do in production.
