Founding Engineer

As a member of MetricVibes, you will be part of a team that is launching QuerySafeIndias first privacy-native AI platform. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and upgrading our React (Frontend) and Python (Backend) codebase, managing our Serverless stack on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Cloud SQL), optimizing our RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines, and implementing security measures such as role-based access control (RBAC). **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain and upgrade the React (Frontend) and Python (Backend) codebase. - Manage the Serverless stack on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Cloud SQL) ensuring uptime and auto-scaling. - Optimize RAG pipelines using Gemini 1.5 Pro and Vector Search. - Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and manage SOC2-ready infrastructure. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience as a proactive problem solver who takes initiative to fix issues without waiting for tickets. - Proficiency in both React.js / Next.js for Frontend and Python (FastAPI/Flask, Django) for Backend. - Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Vertex AI, GCS) and DevOps tools like Docker, GitHub Actions. - Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment, with a preference for GCP. - Desire to progress from a "Coder" role to a "Lead Engineer."
