About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront & Fusion Specialist to join a global MNC in Chennai. You will play a critical role in configuring, managing, and optimizing Adobe Workfront’s enterprise work management platform and Fusion automation solutions to streamline project workflows and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workfront platform including dashboards, reports, custom forms, roles, and permissions.
• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Adobe Workfront Fusion to integrate with multiple business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project and workflow requirements and translate them into efficient Workfront solutions.
• Support system troubleshooting, user training, and adoption to maximize platform utilization.
• Monitor and optimize Workfront processes ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Assist in creating documentation and governance for Workfront use and Fusion automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years professional experience including 3+ years hands-on with Adobe Workfront and Fusion.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Workfront system administration and report/dashboard creation.
• Experience with Workfront Fusion scenarios, connectors, and API integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle occasional work hour overlap with early EST time zone.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
