Musium is a boutique marketing agency tailored specifically for musicians and indie artists seeking music promotion across Spotify, YouTube, and Instagram.

We have seen significant growth in this segment and are now expanding our founding team.

Role and Services

Helping independent artists gain visibility:

Getting on playlists (Spotify), video distribution and optimization (YouTube through Google Ads), social content strategy (Instagram), and increasing views through influencer collaborations.

Audience building:

Increasing followers, subscribers, and engagement, and converting listeners into fans.

Branding and positioning:

Helping artists define their identity, story, and visuals to stand out in a crowded market.

Monetization assistance:

Working with streaming platforms, sync licensing, fan-commerce, and live or virtual shows.

Analytics and optimization:

Measuring streams, social metrics, and engagement, and refining strategy based on data.

We’re looking for two Founding Members to join our early team and help shape Musium from the ground up.

1. Product and Operations Founding Member

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the product and operational foundation of Musium
• Collaborate directly with the founder on strategic initiatives
• Set up and optimize workflows, tools, and delivery processes
• Lead a small, high-performing team from concept to execution

2. Growth and Creator Founding Member (Personal Brand Establishment)

• Crafting strong narratives that establish brand and personal identity
• Driving growth through content, community, and collaboration

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage content strategy for Musium and its creators
• Develop the founder’s and company’s personal brands across platforms
• Experiment with storytelling, new formats, and viral content ideas
• Lead collaborations, partnerships, and creator relationships
