🎯 Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative and driven Motion Video Editor (Volunteer) to help us craft engaging, short-form video content for Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social platforms. Your work will play a central role in building our digital presence and amplifying startup narratives.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Create and edit short, eye-catching videos tailored for Instagram
• Design motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and brand elements
• Turn founder stories, behind-the-scenes clips, or startup insights into viral-ready content
• Collaborate with the content and branding team to execute weekly creative ideas
• Stay updated on Instagram video trends and best practices

✅ Ideal Candidate

• Skilled in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.
• Has a solid understanding of Instagram-first content formats
• Creative thinker with attention to timing, rhythm, and brand voice
• Interest in startups, tech, or venture building (bonus!)
• Reliable and proactive with deadlines and communication
