• Lead initiatives in market research, competitive benchmarking & business case development
• Analyze operational KPIs and generate insights for GTM, product, and customer success
• Build executive-level presentations, updates & board materials
• Drive cross-functional projects (pricing, international expansion, customer value realization)
• Shadow leadership in reviews and help translate priorities into execution plansWhat we’re looking for:
• MBA with 5 - 7 years of experience
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills (Excel & PowerPoint proficiency; Power BI/Tableau a plus)
• Exceptional communication skills — written & verbal
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action from Day 1
• Prior exposure to SaaS operations, AOP planning, market penetration, board reporting & MIS is a big plus
