Join the Founder’s Office to work directly with the founders of Earthful, driving key strategic projects, business decisions, and operational initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, analyze business performance, and manage special projects like product launches and new market strategies.

Location: Full-time, on-site position, Hyderabad HQ Office

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founders to develop and implement long-term strategies.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide decision-making.
• Work with teams across the business to execute strategic projects.
• Analyze business data and provide actionable insights for growth.
• Lead special projects like new market entries, product launches, and process optimizations.
• Help prepare materials for investor communications and funding rounds.
• Assist with daily operations and key business decisions.

Skill Sets

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Earthful is an FMCG company focused on the health and wellness space. The founders (Sudha Gogineni and Veda Gogineni) are graduates of IIT Kharagpur and ISB with a multitude of experience across multinational companies & startups, such as Uber, Meesho, Deutsche Bank, and ITC.
