Expect to: Hunt down B2B leads in real estate, facility management, wind farms, and infra companies Slide into DMs (LinkedIn/email-style) with high-conversion outreach Be on client calls with founders – not a spectator, you’re repping the brand Craft decks, one-pagers, and proposals that slap Keep our CRM and deal flow sharp and tidy Deep dive into market trends and snoop on competitors like a pro Help shape our LinkedIn game and biz dev content Who You Are A student/fresh grad who can write, speak, and think sharp Mad curious, ultra-driven, and allergic to "just doing what's told" Can vibe in a fast-moving startup and handle chaos like a boss Bonus if you’ve played with Canva, HubSpot, LinkedIn, or done some freelance hustle What You’ll Get ₹8000/month for the first 3 months, ₹15000/month for the next 3 months + uncapped performance bonus – your hustle = your bonus Daily check-ins with founders Real exposure to how a deep-tech startup grows from scratch Certificate, LOR & PPO opportunity if you shine Top guns get a shot at a Founding Member Role + Equity – you’ll literally help build the company (not just observe) Show more Show less
