Role Overview

As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will be embedded directly into the leadership team, supporting strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations across multiple workstreams. You’ll work on projects ranging from business development and partnerships to marketing campaigns, community building, and operational execution for both our startup and the hackathon.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist founders with high-priority strategic projects across Symbiosis AI and the hackathon
• Lead recruitment and coordination of interns, campus ambassadors, and volunteers
• Drive research and outreach to potential clients, sponsors, partners, and collaborators
• Support social media campaigns, content creation, and brand-building activities
• Oversee participant engagement, onboarding, and community management for the hackathon
• Track KPIs, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution of deliverables
• Prepare reports, presentations, and investor/sponsor material
• Handle ad-hoc problem-solving and operational tasks directly assigned by the founders

Ideal Candidate

• Self-starter with exceptional ownership and adaptability
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Interest in AI, startups, technology ecosystems, and events
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote setup
• Experience in marketing, partnerships, operations, or event management is a plus
• Eager to work in cross-functional roles and learn by doing
