This is not a “resume line” internship. It’s high-pressure, high-expectation, and high-reward. If you want a safe, cushy internship → don’t apply. If you want to learn the intricacies of building a consumer brand for Gen Z → welcome to Toastd.

You’ll work directly with the founder, shadowing key decisions while also owning real responsibilities:

• Onboard brands

  onto Toastd and make sure the website vibe stays
• Handle

  customer experience

  during onboarding brands should love working with us.
• Use

  AI tools + automations

  (n8n, GPT, etc.) to make onboarding & CX smoother.
• Maintain and scale systems on

  Notion

  (basic familiarity required).
• Research & decode

  Gen Z shopping behavior

  (why we buy, what we vibe with, what makes us loyal).

Who You Are

• AI generalist

  comfortable with tools, automations, and experimenting.

• Tier-1 Delhi college student

  (or equivalent hustler mindset).
• Understands

  Gen Z culture,

  you scroll X, not just Insta. You know trends, memes,and why people buy what they buy.
• Can handle

  pressure + ambiguity

  (because startups are messy).
• Don’t just want “experience” — you want to build.
