We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Founder s Office Intern to work directly with the leadership team
This is a high-impact role where you will get hands-on exposure across HR, Marketing, Operations, and other ad-hoc projects that drive the company s growth
The role is ideal for someone who is highly proactive, organized, and eager to learn how startups operate from the inside
Support HR functions including hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement
Contribute to Marketing initiatives such as campaigns, content, and social media presence
Assist in Operations and process management to ensure smooth day-to-day execution
Work on ad-hoc strategic projects as per business requirements
Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for leadership review
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A creative mindset with the ability to think out of the box
Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities
Highly organized with strong execution skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Interest in AI, startups, and new technologies is a plus
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s/Master s degree (Business, Management, Marketing, HR, or related fields preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative and analytical thinking with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, or LinkedIn is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Prior internship or leadership experience in HR/Marketing/Operations is a bonus
