Role Description

Location:Hybrid / On-site

Duration:3–6 months

Stipend: Based on skills + performance

Start: Immediate

About the role

This is not a typical internship.

You’ll work directly with the founder and get exposure to how a real startup is built day by day. Strategy, execution, chaos, decisions, mistakes, wins. Everything.

If you’re curious, sharp, and want to learn how businesses actually run, this role will stretch you.

What you’ll work on

Assisting the founder with daily priorities and execution

Research on markets, competitors, ideas, and trends

Helping coordinate across marketing, sales, product, and ops

Creating basic decks, docs, reports, and summaries

Supporting ongoing projects and new initiatives

Occasionally fixing things that “just need to get done”

What we’re looking for

Strong ownership mindset

Clear thinking and good communication (English/Hinglish is fine)

Comfortable with ambiguity and fast changes

Curious about startups, business, and building things

Not afraid to ask questions or take responsibility

Background doesn’t matter as much as attitude and intent
