Job Description: Performance Marketing Specialist (D2C)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and ROI for D2C brands.
  • Manage end-to-end ad campaign setup, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports to improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to design high-performing ad creatives.
  • Explore new growth opportunities and emerging platforms for D2C marketing.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C/e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with scaling budgets and optimizing CAC/ROAS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with growth-focused brands.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar e-commerce tools.
  • Knowledge of influencer and affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Creative mindset for ad copies and landing page optimization.
