Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on potential investors (VCs, Angel Networks, HNIs) aligned with RegisterKaro’s business model.
Assist in creating and refining pitch decks, investor memos, and data rooms.
Support in structuring the fundraising roadmap and tracking milestones.
Prepare briefing notes, investor profiles, and outreach strategies.
Participate in brainstorming sessions with founders to craft compelling narratives for investors.
Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and funding environment to support decision making.
Requirements
MBA in Finance or any related field from Tier-1 or Tier-2 institutes
Strong understanding of fundraising, venture capital, and startup ecosystem.
Excellent research, analytical, and presentation skills.
Highly proactive, structured thinker, and results-oriented.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with the founder’s office team.
Availability for a 3-month on-site internship (full-time).
