Role Overview :-

As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will work directly with the Founder to drive high-impact projects, manage cross-functional initiatives, and execute strategic priorities. Acting as an extension of the founder, you will help coordinate, priorities, and deliver outcomes on mission-critical matters across operations, strategy, partnerships, and growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking hands-on exposure to entrepreneurship, business strategy, and fast-paced decision-making in a purpose-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities :-

  • Support the Founder on strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Manage and track special projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support data-driven decision-making (e.g., competitor mapping, policy tracking, market trends).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal advisors) to align on key goals.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates.
  • Assist in managing external partnerships with vendors, collaborators, and affiliates.
  • Participate in client engagements to help deliver premium service.
  • Drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
  • Provide calendar, communication, and travel management support to the Founder.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.


Qualifications & Skills :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, startup operations, or executive assistance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to priorities and multitask.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, with a strong sense of ownership and integrity.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and modern productivity tools.
  • Interest in immigration, recruitment, or legal services is a plus.
