About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This role is perfect for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.

• Support in creating and posting job descriptions across platforms.

• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.

• Coordinate onboarding and help new hires settle into the company smoothly.

• Assist in developing HR policies, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.

• Help with admin tasks such as preparing reports, managing spreadsheets, and following up with candidates.

• Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and ongoing HR projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
