This is a hands-on opportunity to bring ideas to life while strengthening your portfolio.---Responsibilities:Design eye-catching graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platformsEdit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.)Assist in brainstorming creative concepts and campaign ideasMaintain brand consistency across all visualsCollaborate with content writers and marketers to execute strategiesKeep up with current design trends and social media formats---Requirements:Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar toolsBasic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.)A good sense of aesthetics, layouts, and visual storytellingCreativity, time management, and attention to detailA portfolio or sample of previous design/editing work (can be personal projects)---Perks & Learning:Certificate of Completion & Letter of RecommendationMentorship and feedback from experienced marketers/designersFreedom to experiment and pitch your own creative ideasPortfolio-building opportunity with real brand contentFeatured credit on published work where applicable
