The Role:

What You'll Do:

• Partner directly with founders on strategic initiatives across operations, marketing, and product development
• Drive cross-functional projects from ideation to execution - from product launches to supply chain
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
• Manage key stakeholder relationships including vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies
• Coordinate between teams to ensure seamless execution of founder-led initiatives
• Build processes and systems that scale as we grow from startup to market leader
• Own special projects ranging from content strategy to supply chain optimization

Who You Are:

• Fresh graduate (0-1 year experience)
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and first-principles thinking approach
• Quick learner who thrives in ambiguity and can connect dots across diverse domains
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication - you can draft customer emails and investor decks with equal finesse
• High agency individual who takes ownership and drives results without constant supervision
• Passionate about longevity science, health-tech, or D2C brands (bonus if you're our customer!)
