Role Summary: Job title: Manager - Brand Strategy Location: Bangalore Experience: 3 to 5 years Job Description What you'll do Build the brand blueprint – turn consumer, category and cultural insight into sharp positioning, purpose and personality. Architect the experience – craft tone-of-voice, messaging frameworks and customer journeys that run consistently across D2C, Amazon, clinics and retail. Brief for breakthrough – write inspiring creative briefs and partner with in-house design, performance media and community teams to ship campaigns, launches and content. Prove impact – set brand KPIs, track sentiment, ROAS and share-of-voice; recommend optimisations in real time. Mentor & multiply – coach junior planners, share trends in longevity, wellness and D2C, and help evolve Varalife’s strategic playbook. Key Responsibilities Lead brand strategy development from insight gathering through to creative brief. Conduct and analyse consumer, category, and competitive research to uncover insights that inform brand positioning. Work closely with creative, marketing, and account teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution. Present strategies and insights to stakeholders in a clear, persuasive manner. Collaborate in developing integrated marketing campaigns and new product launches. Monitor brand performance and industry trends to recommend ongoing improvements. What you bring 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or a related field—preferably in an agency, D2C brand or consulting environment. Strong understanding of branding principles, and market dynamics. Strong grasp on analyzing numbers and metrics to implement and iterate on creative strategies. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to synthesize complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies. Role Description Own every customer touch-point then craft, ship, and refine it. The split is 70 % execution, 30 % design strategy. You’ll partner directly with the founders and Brand Strategist to translate serious science into scroll-stopping visuals across digital, physical and experiential channels. What you'll do Execution (≈70 %) Brand systems: Build & maintain our master style guide and component library (Figma + Adobe CC). Content & campaigns: Design static and motion assets for Meta, Google and influencer ads; create social posts, stories and short-form video graphics. Packaging & print: Own capsule/bottle artwork, dielines and unboxing experience; work with suppliers to nail colour, material and regulatory specs. Product & web: Design UI flows, landing pages and micro-interactions; partner with developers for pixel-perfect builds and rapid A/B tests. Offline & experiential: Craft POS displays, event booths and investor decks that feel premium yet scientific. Strategy (≈30 %) Evolve Varalife’s visual positioning as the longevity category matures. Translate consumer insights and performance data into design hypotheses and quick iterations. Must-haves 2-4 yrs hands-on visual/brand design (ideally D2C, wellness, or tech-first). Portfolio showing concept-to-execution work across digital and print. Fluency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; solid understanding of responsive UI. Sharp eye for typography, colour and hierarchy and being able to rationalise every pixel. Data-curious mindset; iterate based on CTR, CVR and scroll depth.
