About the Role:

Think of it as the bridge between leadership vision and measurable business outcomes.

You might help streamline our sales outreach one week, build a new client intelligence system the next, and design a go-to-market experiment the week after.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives that improve growth, sales efficiency, or client impact.
  • Identify and execute projects that directly move the business pipeline velocity, market reach, retention, or revenue.
  • Research and experiment with

    AI tools, automations, and data workflows

    that create tangible business leverage.
  • Build internal intelligence systems competitor mapping, ICP targeting, account insights, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to remove friction and accelerate execution.
  • Constantly scout for new opportunities , tools, tactics, partnerships that can give Mavlers an edge.
