This role sits directly within the Founder’s Office, offering high exposure to client strategy, execution, and agency growth.

Role Summary

We are looking for an Amazon Operations & Growth Manager to support end-to-end client account management while working closely with the founder on scaling client performance and strengthening internal systems.

This role requires strong execution capability, ownership mindset, and a solid understanding of Amazon Seller/Vendor ecosystems. You will be involved in daily operations, performance analysis, growth initiatives, and internal process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Operations

1. Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central operations across multiple client accounts
2. Oversee listings, variations, attributes, compliance requirements, and account health issues
3. Monitor inventory levels, stock risks, and replenishment coordination
4. Track ongoing tasks, escalations, and operational priorities across clients
5. Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
6. Support product launches, reinstatements, and ongoing optimization initiatives

Growth & Performance Management

1. Monitor key KPIs including sales, sessions, conversion rate, and advertising efficiency
2. Identify growth opportunities, risks, and operational gaps proactively
3. Support Amazon PPC, promotions, and scaling initiatives in collaboration with specialists
4. Assist in building account-level strategies aligned with client business goals

Analytics & Reporting

1. Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries for internal and client-facing use
2. Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decisions
3. Conduct competitive analysis and market reviews where required

Founder’s Office & Agency Growth

1. Support internal SOP creation and process improvements
2. Assist with onboarding new clients and documenting workflows
3. Act as an operational extension of the founder to reduce execution bottlenecks
4. Contribute ideas and structure to help Araclis scale efficiently

Requirements

1. 2.5–5 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
2. Strong understanding of Amazon operations, listings, account health, and compliance
3. Working knowledge of Amazon PPC and growth levers is a plus
4. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
7. Willingness to work with partial US time zone overlap

Compensation

₹4.5L - ₹5.0L per annum (based on experience and fit) & Bonuses (based on overall performance)
