We partner closely with founders and leadership teams to manage complex Amazon operations, ensure compliance, unlock scalable growth, and protect long-term account health. This role sits directly within the Founder’s Office, offering high exposure to client strategy, execution, and agency growth. Role Summary We are looking for an Amazon Operations & Growth Manager to support end-to-end client account management while working closely with the founder on scaling client performance and strengthening internal systems. This role requires strong execution capability, ownership mindset, and a solid understanding of Amazon Seller/Vendor ecosystems. You will be involved in daily operations, performance analysis, growth initiatives, and internal process improvements.
