What We’re Looking For:

● 2–5 years of experience in fast-paced environments (startups, consulting, operations, growth, or similar), ideally in a similar role — or an ex-founder eager to be part of another startup’s growth journey

● Exceptional problem-solving skills, High ownership and the ability to get things done independently

● Strong written and verbal communication

● Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable

● Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats

● Bonus: Experience or passion for entertainment, fan communities, or AI technologies
