Metaforms is an AI-powered automation platform for market research. We build tools that speed up workflows in survey programming, bidding, and operations. Our clients are global research firms and tech platforms.

We are now looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to support the CEO and ensure smooth company operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar. Schedule internal and external meetings.
• Handle daily logistics, including follow-ups, reminders, and checklists.
• Maintain meticulous records of company expenses and collect invoices weekly.
• Assist with recruitment: scheduling interviews and coordinating communication.
• Help send offer letters, NDAs, and employment contracts.
• Coordinate vendor communications, including negotiation and onboarding.
• Support in planning and running in-person company events.
• Track ongoing tasks and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Organize travel: book flights, hotels, and coordinate itineraries.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, partners, and collaborators as needed.
• Take ownership of admin ops—whatever needs to get done, you get it done.

• Great at written communication.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Discreet and trustworthy—you will handle confidential information.
• Bonus: Experience supporting founders or CXOs at startups.
