About the Company : We are looking for a motivated and passionate Intern to join our team at employability incubator (name is in process). About the Role : A short paragraph summarizing the key role responsibilities. Responsibilities : Assist in the development and delivery of training content and programs for students. Support in organizing workshops, webinars, and other events related to employability skills. Help in managing day-to-day operations of the company, including scheduling, coordinating with trainers and mentors, and maintaining records. Contribute to social media management, ensuring that our brand and mission are effectively communicated to a broader audience. Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including preparing reports, presentations, and analyzing feedback from participants. Engage with students and participants, answering queries, offering support, and collecting feedback to help improve our programs. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new projects and initiatives to enhance the overall experience for our participants. Qualifications : Recent graduate or final-year student with a degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. An eagerness to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. A passion for helping others succeed and a genuine interest in personal development and employability skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a positive and proactive attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
