The Role

This is not a regular internship.

You’ll be working directly with the founders, across every vertical of the business.

From organizing meetings and managing schedules to supporting founder-led sales, assisting with operational processes, and coordinating with teams, you’ll be at the heart of how Saday runs day to day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, follow-ups, and key founder tasks
• Assist in founder-led client communications and sales operations
• Support day-to-day management of ongoing projects and team workflows
• Handle operational processes, from documentation to reporting
• Run small errands related to company operations when required
• Be a bridge between the founders and internal teams to keep things moving smoothly
• Research, plan, and organize business initiatives alongside the leadership team

We’re Looking For

• A people-first mindset with great communication and organization skills
• Strong interest in business operations, management, and how startups scale
• A self-starter who can take initiative and follow through on details
• Someone who thrives in fast-moving, unpredictable environments
• Comfortable talking to clients, teams, and external partners
• Curiosity for learning how founders make decisions and lead companies

• Stipend of ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
